Hi chaps, joining the big lake this year but am struggling to get hold of any info, not after any secrets or magic formulas just the basics please- fish stocks and sizes, does the whole lake produce or just a few swims at certain ends/areas of the lake, whats the weed situation like, can you drive to swims, do they like a lot of bait, does it get busy. Thanks guys look forward to hearing and maybe meeting a few of you.

Hi You can drive to your swim to unload/load but then you must return your car to the car park that's if the ground permits, fish have fins they occupy the whole of the lake but they do seem to like the dam end, as for numbers we have stocked it and will continue to do so as the opportunity arises, carp have been caught to 29 lb so far but bigger have been seen by our members, bait I think is a very personal thing whats a lot to some is a small amount to others its what you are comfortable to put in, you can always put more in but you cant take it out.

Both Kisel pits see alot of Poacherbaits.....they are fairly hungry fish, especially the younger stock, but they jave gained alot of weight....its shallow, it can be fairly weedy, but its not a difficult water to get runs from when you make a bit of effort.
