I'm fishing either Swan or Mallard next week, I was just wondering what the weed is like on the bottom of each lake. I Fished Mallard and Elsons last summer and the weed was thick.

Or just make a cast out to your chosen spot with the marker and pull it back a bit. This way you get to see the colour of it and some idea of the length. Weed........Fish in it mate! |
