Hi Lads,
have been using Korda safe zone leaders until recently when i noticed that once under water I could see loads of tiny bubbles or along the leader, which carp must surely see, have moved over to ESP leaders with the new lead clips very safe and drop the lead perfectly has anybody else noticed this on the korda leaders

its a pop up rig best used with a cork ball pop up.brilliant for fishing over silk weed or light chody areas.bit hard to fully explain to you what its like but once set up it should sink slowly to the bottom. im gona be using it alot this year as i think its well suited to elsons lake bed.if you pop down 2moro i will show you the rig cuz im doing 24hrs from this sat.

Just come up with an alternative, really delicate, subtle looking, chod rig, not a major discovery i dnt think, but im really pleased with the way it looks and if it catches, i'll put it on here for all to see

Rig length...................................omg, ive bin reading alot about using 12inch plus rigs in weed!! I dont think ive ever used such a thing. Just made one up at home & it kind of looks ok ish. I can see how it would work in and around weed. So is the key to me catching on elsons using long hooklength's then? ?? Has anyone done well on long hooklenths? ?

Question on braid...... Does anybody know if braided line for spod /marker work from Japan is any less effective than the stuff sold in the uk?? On a certain 'auction' based website you can get 1000m of braid in any breaking strain for £22 delivered..... And the English stuff (eg ultima braid) is £25+p&p for 250m.
Is there any reason why I shouldn't buy the jap stuff???
Cheers guys!!

...... Also is it effective to use (for example) 30lb braid for both marker and spod reels??
